KEN SAYDAK
Ken Saydak, who appeared at The Blues Room during October, is the number one session piano player in the Chicago blues scene. He has played on over thirty six albums, including five Grammy Award nominees.

BLUES ROOM RADIO - RINGO
The Blues Room and BlueWave Entertainment presented the next in the live radio broadcast from The Blues Room. On Sunday, 11 October, Ringo captivated the audience.

MUSIK YE AFRIKA
On Wednesdays in August, Louis Mhlanga, Jimi Indi & Godfrey Mgcina of Musik Ye Afrika brought the sound of Africa to The Blues Room.

The Blues Room and Johnnie Walker Scotch Whisky presented international Blues star Ronnie Peterson, The man B.B. King called "an amazing guitarist and an amazing performer" from Tuesday July 7 to Saturday August 1.

Dorp were at The Blues Room on Monday June 29. They are a popular Cape Town band especially known for their endless on-stage antics.

RODRIGUEZ
Rodriguez, that shadowy figure from South Africa's 70's pop scene past performed at The Blues Room on Wednesday, June 17 , for a private party thrown by his label, Sony Records, and at a show the following night, open to the public.

PHIL HOLDER
Phil Holder appeared at The Blues Room Wednesday May 20 & 27. Phil is a great saxophonist from Pretoria and lead his own four piece band.

JO BLU
Jo Blu and the Backwater Blues Band was at The Blues Room on Friday and Saturday 12 & 13 June.

EKKIE ECKHARTS
Ekkie Eckharts is a multi instrumentalist and vocalist. His credits include Afrozania, Abdullah Ebraham, and Vinnie and the Viscounts. His own band Homebrew was at The Blues Room Friday and Saturday, 19 & 20 June.

JON PARIS
Jon was the bassist with Johnny Winter for eleven years and is an incredible and entertaining guitarist in his own right. He tore up The Blues Room with a three piece band featuring Timmy Tindall on bass and Michael Canfield on drums.
